OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to dispatch goods within 1-2 working days. We offer Free Shipping on orders over the value of £50.00. For orders under £50.00, Standard Delivery, via postal services or courier company, is a standard flat rate of £5.00 per order. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
At Arty Farty World we do our utmost to select products of the highest quality, and to ensure that they are well packaged and shipped to you in a timely fashion. However, things do occasionally go wrong. Should you have changed your mind about your purchase, or if you're dissatisfied with a product, then you have 14 days to return the item to us for a refund or exchange. The item must be received by us in an unused condition, and in it's original packaging. The cost of the return shipping must be borne by the customer.
Contact and other information essential to process orders is collected by us and kept electronically.. You consent to this by placing your order. We commit to keeping any information we obtain from you in a secure environment. We do not store any bank details. You have the right to see any information we hold about you on request.
We never share your data with anyone outside the business and we never collect data about you automatically on our Arty Farty World Instagram and Facebook Pages. We retain your data only as long as necessary for tax and insurance purposes or to fulfil legislative requirements.
