OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to dispatch goods within 1-2 working days. We offer Free Shipping on orders over the value of £75.00.For orders under £75.00, Standard Delivery, via postal services or courier company is a standard flat rate of £5.00 per order. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
At Arty Farty World we do our utmost to select products of the highest quality, and that they are well packaged and shipped to you in a timely fashion. However, things do occasionally go wrong. Should you have changed your mind about your purchase, or if you're dissatisfied with a product, then you have 14 days to return the item to us for a refund or exchange. The item must be received by us in an unused condition, and in it's original packaging. The cost of the return shipping must be borne by the customer.
